I can’t believe it’s almost February! I am one of those people who really love Valentine’s Day, especially after having kids. We love making homemade Valentine’s crafts. I think I need to make my little girl the felt heart hair ribbon! And I finally have a few denim peasant dresses with heart pockets in my shop just in time for February 14. When we had our daughter Juliette just over 3 years ago, we didn’t really put shoes on her (maybe because I wanted to nibble those baby toes all day long), and I cringed a little when I saw clunky shoes on little feet that hadn’t even touched the ground yet.

a home in the french country? no, brooklyn. i thought i knew exactly what i wanted when it came to my dream home, then this one blew all of my ideas out of the water…
perfectly vintage, yet modern…pristine, yet livable…just enough grown-up, yet so kid friendly…in the middle of the city, yet miles from nowhere (seems so anyway)…this home is such a lovely contradiction.
