minimalism, when done correctly, is far from cold. the home of jonas bjierre poulse, on of the founding forces behind norm architects clearly is a master in this realm. one of my biggest complaints with holiday decor is that often times it can be overdone…which can end up becoming more of a novelty than a part of the space it is meant to enhance. this home is completely opposite; the holiday-type additions appear to add, not overpower the design of this family home.
of course, it doesn’t hurt that everything thing else in this home is a work of art…
